Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Artify’s website and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Artify helps you create personalized, AI-generated pet artwork based on the photos and inputs you provide. Depending on the product you choose, you may receive a digital file and/or a printed product.

• Accurate info: You agree to provide accurate information for your account and orders.
• Payments: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Order changes: If you notice an error in your order details, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Digital products and downloads are final sale and non-refundable once made available to you, except where required by applicable law.

Printed products are eligible for refunds within 30 days (see our Refund Policy for details). If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload (“User Content”). You grant Artify a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services (including generating your artwork and fulfilling your order).

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and use your User Content with the Services.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to interfere with our systems, reverse engineer protected components, or use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

The Services (excluding User Content) and all related software, design, and branding are owned by Artify or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated outputs will always meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Services, users, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
