This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for Artify purchases. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Digital downloads (final sale)
All digital products (including digital downloads and delivered digital files) are final sale and non-refundable once made available to you, except where required by applicable law.
Printed products (30-day refunds)
Printed products are eligible for a refund request within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged/defective prints: If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will work with you to provide a refund or replacement.
- Other refund requests: We may ask for order details and supporting information (for example, photos of the item/packaging) to process your request.
This policy applies to printed products only and does not change the final-sale status of digital downloads.
How to request a refund
Email us at christian@artifypets.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged, include photos so we can help faster.
Refund timing
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times can vary by bank/payment provider.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
